Great cozy studio
I spent a year in this basement using it as a homebase between shift at the hospital and then driving home (4hrs away) on my days off. It's comfortable and cozy. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and as a night-shifter, the black out curtains are an amazing perk. The location is hard to beat with so many food options within walking distance or a short drive away. Parking is never an issue. Jonathan is a great host and super friendly.
