It is a great property. It is quiet and a safe neighborhood. I have not had anything bad happen since living here over the past three years. I have a huge front and back yard which you saw in the pictures. The back is just as big as the front. I have a very comfy sectional that I am proud of and love to sit on. The place is just right for two people to live in and my neighbors to the north are very friendly.
My space is very cozy so doesn't fit that many people. I have a huge front and back yard that you are free to use. I just got an outdoor table and chairs that you can try out.
The neighborhood is overall quiet and safe. I haven't had any issues since I moved in three years ago.
Budget-Friendly & Comfortable Near SLC
I absolutely loved my stay in this cozy rambler! This was super affordable with a very well-equipped kitchen and the location just outside of SLC made it easy to explore the area. I truly appreciated the landlord's hospitality and attentiveness.
Great for students and short stays!
This is an excellent property! The owner is very kind, patient, and transparent, and the property itself is clean, well-furnished, and not too far from SLC/the university for those looking to commute. I took the train every day, and the property is only a 3-minute drive from the nearest Trax station. There is also a Costco and multiple grocery stores less than 5 minutes away. It should be noted that there is a $300 deposit that is posted in the listing, but it is paid back in full shortly after you move out. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay for students needing a convenient sublease or professionals looking to stay close to SLC, and I will be recommending it to any friends and family
