Comfortable Room with Queen Bed in Bayview

I stayed with Mike twice for a total of 5 months and he is a great host. The place is very clean and quiet. Both the host and the other guests were very considerate. The upstairs bedroom has an amazing view of the city.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

This was the best choice I could have ever made. The room is exactly as described and appears in the pictures. The rest of the house is very nicely decorated with amenities everywhere - the kitchen has everything you need. I loved sitting out on the deck some early morning enjoying the view. The neighborhood has kind of a park vibe - well kept with historical markers telling the story of the area. Most of all, Mike is the best host you will ever find. He is attentive and goes above and beyond to make adjustments that suit his guests. One day I was sitting on the sofa reading from my work phone. The next day he made sure that there were chargers near by that connected to all of my devices. But the best - the absolute best was when he found out that Iove icecream for breakfast and kept the freezer stocked with delicious ice creme bars. I highly recommend being a guest of Mike's. Quiet yet convenient room in SF

This place is a great balance between a quiet scenic neighborhood and easy access to downtown SF and the airport. Mike was a fantastic host and took care of any issues in a timely fashion, he treats the place more like an AirBnB than a rental and was super hospitable throughout my stay. The WiFi is fast and I was able to easily setup an in-room office (with room to spare) here for a cozy work setup without sacrificing living space, also a rarity at this price point in SF. Personally, I love cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked and I was able to prepare some of my favorites. I found a consistent spot for street parking a short walk away and never needed to hunt for a spot, even in peak parking hours. There is a beautiful historic trail nearby with some neat signs speaking to the history of the place , very nice for regular after-meal walks. Mike makes sure the house is kept clean and well organized, making the whole experience welcoming and exactly what I needed for the time.

Fantastic Host

I feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and to have Mike as my landlord. From day one, I could see the care and effort he puts into making this space feel like home. The room is exactly as shown in the listing, with no filters or tricks, just clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The TV, desk, and furnishings are in great condition and perfectly arranged for comfort and function. The commute is effortless. The 15 bus to Mission Bay is just two blocks away and always on time. The neighborhood is right by the bay, with stunning views that make me love San Francisco even more. Mike is one of the most caring and considerate landlords I have met. He is always ready to help and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. This is my first time using Furnished Finder, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
