Highly recommend

Stayed for about 1.5 months and enjoyed my stay. Carlo was very responsive. Quiet and close to AMC. Would recommend for travel nurses and students needing a place for temporary stay.

Great landlord , clean house walking distance to Albany Med ,

Staying at the apartment was a safe haven for me as a traveller RN . The landlord (Carlo) is very understanding , respectful and kind. He is a great communicator & responds to concerns promptly . The apartment is 8 minutes walk to Albany medical centre and it is close to several amenities like the Albany med gym , cvs and restaurants. It’s clean, quiet and a safe place to rest after a long shift .

Value for money

Property is very clean, spacious living room that gets a lot of sunlight, lots of sitting area. There is laundry at basement that is free. Huge fridge and pantry room. 5 min walk to albany med and is close to the washington park and market 32. Landlord, Carlo is very attentive and respectful. This place is on a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Honestly the perfect place for travel nurses!

Home away from home

Carlos is a genuinely caring and accommodating landlord always respectful, responsive, and quick to help. The house was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with cozy beds, free laundry, AC, and even a clawfoot tub for relaxing. The neighborhood felt safe, with kind neighbors, and its just a 7-minute drive or 30-minute walk to Albany Medical Center (Bus 100 also goes there). The only downside is street parking, which takes some adjusting if youre used to a driveway. Overall, this was truly a home away from home, and I felt safe, respected, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
