Wonderful 10 month stay

When deciding to stay here, I do not think I fully appreciated exactly how nice this duplex unit and location would be (spoiler: REALLY nice). I moved to Denver in November 2025 and left most of my belongings stored in a pod. This unit has given me the flexibility to hunt for a house to purchase without moving all of my belongings multiple times. The space is perfect for me solo with my two cats and the occasional guest but would also be great for a couple. The location is superb, walkable to Highland Square and Tennyson Street. I always feel safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Sarah and Belva have been wonderful hosts, attentive and kind. I highly recommend!

Amazing property

Sarah is a very attentive and welcoming host. We stayed the front unit of her duplex and enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and boutiques a few blocks away. It is in a safe, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay in Denver. I look forward to returning for a visit!

So Lucky We Found This!

We were so fortunate to find this great place to stay. We had looked at many other rentals and toured some. Right as we were about to rent another, this one popped up and stole the show. We knew it was a perfect fit upon meeting our hosts, who are the kindest people and truly made our time a pleasure. The home is beautifully updated with AC that kept us nice and cool in the summer. It is well appointed with two desks for us to work from and all the kitchen tools you could need to cook up a meal. It is also perfectly located walking distance from all the highlands and west highlands attractions, easy commute to the mountains or to downtown, and nestled into a quiet residential block. Would recommend to anyone. If we didn't buy a home. we may have stayed forever!
