Property Review

I stayed here for a short-term rental, and it has the basic amenities needed. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They respect your privacy and make you feel comfortable. There were a couple of issues I had with the stay. When I arrived, the unit was not as clean as I expected, including dirty counters and a dirty bathroom. There were cleaners that came a month into my stay. The noise was a problem but its sometimes understandable because youre in the basement. Quiet hours were listed as 9pm-7am but I think that only applies to you as a tenant. I could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, music, and private moments from the upstairs unit. I just wore earplugs to help me sleep.

Amazing Space!

Amber was an absolutely amazing host! She went above & beyond to provide a cozy & welcoming space for me to call home for 6 months. 10/10 would recommend, phenomenal experience!

Property experience

Charmaine and her husband were very tentative and genuine from day 1. They were available anytime I had a question or needed help. They worked with me from the beginning of the stay until the end of it. Charmaine helped me tremendously when I was going through a hardship with my Travel contract, and she made the process much easier throughout it. I highly recommend their property stay I had everything that was needed from Kitchen, to bedroom, bathroom and living room. Private stay and safe. I would definitely come back again if I ever have a contract in the nearby area.
