Great room with concrete floor that opens to a private patio, where there are couches and a table and chairs. Eclectic design and colorful finishes, with a large kitchen and plenty of books and records. 2 bedrooms on bottom floor (they are on the small side, 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a single bed) and 2 large bedrooms upstairs (one w 2 single beds and one with a queen bed). A homey and quiet retreat.

Space

This is a house I live in but will be vacating for the summer, June 15-August 15. 4 bedrooms total, 2 with queen beds and 2 with single beds, but one of those rooms has an extra mattress it, so total number of sleepers could be 7.
