Comfortable stay, great Landlord/Roomate!
Enjoyed living 7 months at this location! The house is located in a tucked away street so there was no through traffic. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The landlord was very welcoming, respectful and easy to live with. Easily one of the best roommates Ive had. I worked night shift and, even so, was able to sleep well for my shifts. I also enjoyed using the decks which had a great view of the socal sunsets. The house was also an easy drive to downtown San Diego & Beaches. If I come back to socal I would definitely rent here again!
