Small home in a quiet neighborhood. Decent sized yard (although it's under renovation). Opportunity for gardening. Ample storage. I have two out buildings, one is available for extra storage.
I do have one (indoor/outdoor) cat and a small rescue mutt dog (terrier, chihuahua, dachsund, min pin).
Room is furnished. Can be unfurnished if requested. The rest of the house is shared (only one bathroom, unfortunately), but I work...

Quiet neighborhood. Feels like you are out of the city, walking through a forest, but actually right next to UofO campus (without the campus debauchery, if you will). 2 minutes from freeway access to Riverbend Hospital, etc.
