Riley D - Travel Nurse

I stayed here for approximately 4 months. I have been using FF for 3 years now. I would say this was my best stay yet. First the ADU was pristine. The unit had all new appliance. I never had any issues with anything not working. It was very clean. The landlord a RJ nd his wife are lovely. Very kind people. Always answered texts/phone calls with any questions I had. If you want to be left alone, nobody will bother you (but they became my best friends). Locationally, it's hard to beat. There is a nature trail within walking distance. I ran her often and fished on the water. I was about 15 minutes from the hospital and 15 minutes from Wrightsville beach. I would 1000% reach out to RJ if I ever plan on returning to Wilmington.

Awesome place!

I was in Wilmington, NC for a 13-week work contract and chose this place to stay and I couldnt have been happier with it. As a single traveler, it was more than slough space for me personally filled with all brand new appliances. Very comfortable bed! The location was the best part, 5-10 min drive to wrightsville beach, 5 min drive to Mayfaire area which has a lot of shops, restaurants, and movie theater, and 10-15 min drive from Novant health (hospital I worked at) . RJ the owner/renter is great as well and was always helpful and responds in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again if I traveled back to Wilmington and recommend this place to others as well!
