This spot is in the Central District, one of Seattle's oldest and most diverse neighborhoods. You're a short walk or quick bike ride from Capitol Hill and Madrona, so there's always something happening nearby-coffee shops, parks, live music, and great eats. The area has a laid-back residential vibe but keeps you close to downtown and the lake. There's a strong community feel here, with tree-lined streets and a mix of old and new...
Awesome place!
I work in travel healthcare and stayed for a few months. Sarah and Isaac are super sweet and so inviting! Their place is the perfect space for 1-2 people, cozy and private. Close to downtown Seattle but not overwhelmingly close! Quiet neighborhood. Sarah and Isaac are easy to get ahold of and willing to help with any needs! All around a great stay with great hosts:)
Travel Nurse Stay
I had a 5-month Travel Nurse contract in Seattle and stayed at Sarah and Isaac's property during my time there. Sarah and Isaac are absolutely amazing and extremely easy to work with in all aspects. If there was ever an issue with the property, Sarah or Isaac fixed or brought attention to the matter very quickly. They are extremely easy to get in contact with, are very friendly, and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I was very nervous about finding a place in Seattle that wasn't too expensive and offered everything I might need during my stay. Sarah and Isaac's property has literally everything you'll ever need. The unit has been recently updated/renovated, and everything within the unit is new and modern. The unit is very close to Union Street, which has a grocery store, coffee shops, a barber, a gym, and several restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! STAY HERE!
