I cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment and the landlord, Melanie! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, bright, spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained. It truly feels like home, with thoughtful details and excellent upkeep throughout. Any issue that has come up has been handled quickly and professionally. What really sets this place apart is Melanie. She is kind, responsive, respectful, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about her tenants. Communication is always easy, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The location is also convenient while still offering a peaceful and comfortable place to come home to. I feel incredibly fortunate to have lived here and would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful home and an exceptional landlord!

Stay for work in Danvers

Melanie's home in Danvers is very cute and well appointed. I and my travel companion enjoyed our stay and found the location very convenient. The only negatives we ran into while staying there was loud traffic noise, the home is located on a very busy street. I slept with an additional fan I brought with me and that was sufficient to drown out most of the noise. Also the second bedroom is very small, this was inconvenient but out of anyone's control. We had a great time and would stay again.
