Perfect place

I had the opportunity to stay here while on contract. Kat is amazing! Quick to respond and very accommodating with nightshifters. I met amazing people while staying here. No issues with other roommates. Everyone was professional and respectful of each others work schedule. If I could only have a "Kat" in every landlord. Highly recommend.

Marvelous Stay

This house was a great experience through and through. Kat was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout my entire time. The house is located walking distance from UNMC and is perfect for students, nurses, traveling staff, etc. such as myself. The neighborhood is wonderful and the cleanliness was great!! There are other rooms so there may be roommates, however everyone is friendly and Kat can handle any issues well.
