Large Sunny 1BR Near Hospitals & Lake Merritt - Parking, Laundry, Pets OK

I loved this place!

I loved my stay at Aliah's condo. It was very safe, comfortable, and convenient! Pro's (in no particular order): Location: Very short walk to Kaiser and Sutter, 2 blocks to Spouts, very close to Piedmont Ave with lots of restaurants, easy to get to freeways, and not far from Lake Merritt Safety: I always felt very safe at the condo, secure parking/building access, on the second level, neighbors are friendly. It's a condo building so many of the neighbors have lived there for years. The condo: Super peaceful and bright, spacious, GREAT shower, balcony, big fridge/freezer, lots of kitchen storage, lots of storage in general, laundry in unit, did not hear noise from other units. The Host: Aliah is wonderful! She is super responsive and very sweet. She made sure that I was comfortable and I felt very well taken care of! I really can't think of any cons, I really enjoyed my time there!
