Our home is very central to everything in Trussville and about 20 minutes to Birmingham. We have great neighbors and it is in a quiet part of Trussville. There is a fenced in backyard, a covered back porch and screened in covered side porch. There is also a garage in the backyard that you can store items in.
The tenant may rent the master bedroom which has hardwood floors, king sized bed and a private full bath. The rest of the house will be shared by the owners only 1-3 days a week.
