Our home is very central to everything in Trussville and about 20 minutes to Birmingham. We have great neighbors and it is in a quiet part of Trussville. There is a fenced in backyard, a covered back porch and screened in covered side porch. There is also a garage in the backyard that you can store items in.

The tenant may rent the spare bedroom which has its own bathroom In the adjoined hallway. The rest of the house will be shared by the owners only 1-3 days a week.
