Warm and cosy

Our family of 4 stayed here for a couple of months. There was room enough for all of us, and it was warm. The kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils. Both the manager and the owner were responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Mixed Experience- Cleanliness, Safety, and Deposit Concerns

I stayed at this apartment for 3.5 months as a travel OT and had a mixed experience. Upon move-in, the apartment was dirty, odd smelling, and did not match the listing photos. There were stains on the carpet and furniture, and it appeared poorly maintained. About 2 months into my stay, someone entered my apartment at 1 am while I was sleeping due to the door code not being changed. Although the landlord was responsive and changed the code promptly, the incident made me feel unsafe for the remainder of my stay. I was offered the option to move out, but there were no other rentals available in the area. At move-out, utilities were deducted from my security deposit all at once because they hadn't been charged monthly as intended. The amount was higher than expected, with no documentation provided, and it took 3 weeks to receive my deposit back. While the landlord and property manager are responsive and the price is reasonable for a two-bedroom, I would caution others before renting here.
