Great stay

I only stayed here for a small amount of time, and everything was great. The landlord was nice and replied to messages pretty fast. The roommate's were also nice and respectful. Everything was clean, bathroom, kitchen, etc. I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone searching for quality, cleanliness, and comfortability.

Everything as advertised, Great experience

I stayed here and had a really solid experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances including a dishwasher made daily life super easy. The best part is definitely the location; being right by the West Side Light Rail and close to NYC bus routes made commuting effortless. The street itself is surprisingly quiet, and the roommates kept the shared areas clean and respectful. Overall, it's a practical, well-maintained place that delivers exactly what's advertised without any surprises.

Great experience

Everything is modern and sleek. Just as pictured. Any maintenance issue is handled promptly. The landlord is friendly, responsive and fair! I have been here for a year and a half and everything is fair. There aren't any pest. The location is also very convenient. It's within walking distance of the light rail and a mall!
