Remodeled 2bd /1bth Home with Yard Close to UCD, Sutter, Mercy

Amazing stay!

Claire’s house is the perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed for our 4-month stay: from the very comfortable, memory foam topped bed, to the vitamix blender in the fully outfitted (and basically brand new) kitchen, to the fantastic water pressure in the shower (we will seriously miss it)! The neighborhood is safe, the house has dedicated parking in the driveway, and everything you need is either a short walk or drive away. The best park in Sac - McKinley - is a great 20-minute walk! Claire is very kind and responsive. This house is a perfect place to land, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

We truly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend it! The landlord was respectful, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The location is fantastic. Its just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and groceries, with easy access to the highway for getting around Sacramento. Theres even a charming park nearby thats perfect for kids. The home itself is spotless, exactly as pictured, and the kitchen and house in general is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The neighbors are welcoming, and we felt very safe in the area. Overall, a wonderful experience and 10/10 recommend!
