The best part of my property is the location. The house and room are humble, but everything one needs is provided. Best for tenants who don't spend all day at home. The room has a King size bed, comfortable for 2 guests. My house is across from Bryn Mawr Hospital, close to WAWA convenience store, which serves food 24 hours a day. Starbucks is a short stroll away and so are many nice restaurants. Walking distance to local Colleges.
