A fun stay!

My husband and toddler stayed here for two months and it was absolutely wonderful. We loved the playground right outside! The building is quiet and the neighborhood is very nice and safe. Plenty of sidewalks around for walking. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. Michael was very informative and provided clear check in and check out instructions. All stores are just a short drive away, including Costco! This unit is on the third floor, with no elevator, but that didn't bother us!

Absolutely perfect in every way

My husband and I spent two months in this apartment and could not have been happier. The apartment complex (as well as the unit) is clean and quiet, and the location is so very walkable and bike-able. (Two bikes are included in the rental; the Virgin River Trailhead is two blocks away!) We could walk to the post office, Walmart, the city rec center, and several trailheads. Plus, the location allows easy access to the interstate for longer excursions. The unit has standard-sized appliances and is well-furnished with kitchen supplies and bedding. The owners have thought of everything including maps and little things (like coffee filters and pickleball equipment) that one might not think about when considering which apartment to rent. Michael was incredibly polite, prompt, and went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our stay. I can recommend unreservedly this landlord and apartment.

Great Property!

I stayed at this property for 10 weeks while completing a rotation for school in the St George area. This property had everything I needed and Micheal was very easy to communicate with. This place is in a great location, close to places to eat and easy access to nearby hikes in the St George area. The covered parking was a great perk. I enjoyed easy walks around the nearby neighborhood with great views of the surrounding mountains. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I found myself in the area.

Wonderful Stay!

My partner and I had an amazing two month stay at this property. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the furnishings are well chosen to fit the space. It is fully stocked with all the basics plus some fun extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the views of Pine Valley Mountain, on-premise pickleball courts, and covered parking area (great for the summer heat). We found the apartment complex to be quiet, comfortable and in a great location to reach St. George, Hurricane and all the surrounding wilderness area. Michael went above and beyond to accommodate our stay and was quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. We cant say enough good things about this property and hope to be back again!
