Great House Right Outside of Downtown Freeport
We stayed from late fall through spring and were delighted with the location and the accommodations. Mike and Heidi are right next door but it's still very private. They are wonderful hosts and quickly available in for any need that could arise. They are warm and welcoming. Access to nearby hiking and shopping makes this a great location. Portland is less than 30 minutes away. The home is a nice size and allows plenty of space for more than just one couple with a downstairs bedroom and full bath plus two bedrooms upstairs with another full bath and ample closet space. The charging station in the garage was perfect for our hybrid electric vehicle. We would rent this again without hesitation. We had a couple snow events last winter and the driveway was also cleared bright and early in the morning.
