Comfortable, Clean, and Welcoming Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

Currently enjoying my stay in this shared house. Highly recommend for a comfy, well-maintained spot! The listing is accurate (photos/description). My comfortable room is so well-equipped, I only need to leave it for the kitchen. Super comfy bed! The house is spacious and tastefully decorated (love the owner's family art!). Great amenities: fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer (a big plus!), and fast, reliable fiber Wi-Fi perfect for my work and leisure online. The neighborhood is quiet, pretty, and safe, with walking paths & a community gym. It's super green, and my room has an almost forest-like view! Stores/restaurants are ~2+ miles away (so not quite walkable). A parking pass is provided for street parking if you have a car. The host is kind, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He made settling in smooth and stress-free. Overall, this is a fantastic place clean, comfortable, great amenities, and a truly wonderful host.
