Seacoast Cozy Condo - Room for 1

Highly recommend!!!

This condo and Jess are an absolute gem. The condo itself is beautiful, well kept, and clean. Any issues with the condo are promptly taken of. It's a short walk to downtown/the waterfront where there's great restaurants, bars, and shops. Jess is a welcoming, respectful, clean, and friendly host. She is a Portsmouth native and will show you all of the best places to eat and drink. She is an unbelievable roommate and person. If you're lucky, you could also become a close friend of hers. If I could give this space the six star rating I would!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Jess truly came through for me at a hard time in my life when I needed a place quickly. She is organized and flexible; she’s happy to help out with whatever is needed. Not to mention, she’s always down to have fun. Her home is in the perfect spot. It’s quiet, spacious and very close to downtown Portsmouth (we happily went to lots of bars together). I’m beyond happy to still call Jess a great friend of mine to this day. You might even get to meet me one day bopping up for a visit on her unbelievably comfy couch. Can’t recommend this place enough!
