Charming Studio in Prime Bakersfield Location - All Utilities Included

Great place to stay!

I lived here for quite some time and I can say Martin and his wife were very accommodating and this place was stocked with everything you need. They do such a great job furnishing this studio. The bed is a king size and very comfortable! Having a washer/dryer combo in the unit is such a perk and worked perfectly. You have your own fenced in area to sit and enjoy coffee and a grill outside which I used too while living here. The studio is in the back and you have your own area to park in down a long driveway that's far back from the main street so it's nice, quiet & private. Traveling for work as a single female I felt very safe here and Martin lives close by so he was there to help if I needed something! I can say as I'm traveling a lot that this is one the best places I've stayed and for the longest amount time too. Great place to live! Thanks again Martin for everything and if I'm ever back in Bakersfield I'll surely stay here again!

Adorable studio

This studio apt was exactly what I needed. Super quiet, cozy neighborhood, near the mall and easy freeway access. The next time I'm in Bakersfield, I'd love to come back.

All I could say is positive on this unit. It has own washer/dryer, large bathroom with tub, bed is cozy, has large couch and the house is safe because it is gated. Everything is there honestly that I can think of. I couldn't say any negative one, I'll def stay back if given a chance to work in Bakersfield.
