Quiet, comfortable and great location to Mayo

We stayed here in July 2025 while my husband attended a rehabilitation program at Mayo. The location couldn't be better, he walked over to the clinic daily. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a intracoastal creek backing up to it so you can sit out on the back porch and just relax. The owners were very attentive and took care of every need.

Exactly what we needed.

We rented this property on super short notice due to a family emergency and Shawn and Wright were the most gracious hosts. They were very understanding and accommodating, and allowed us to rent this beautiful property and rearrange furniture as needed, brought in supplies and requested items, and generally worked with us to ensure we had what we needed and were comfortable. The property itself is very spacious with a lot of natural light, and an extremely convenient location. Mayo Clinic is walkable and Publix and Target are within a 10 minute drive along with any other amenities. The screened in patio is large and the view is peaceful, especially when it is windy or rainy. Even the neighbors are great! Overall this is a calm tucked away retreat, operated by kind and friendly hosts, that we are grateful to have stayed in.
