This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit comfortably accommodates two adults. There are two assigned off-street parking spots just steps from the front door. Upscale East Sacramento is known for its leafy streets and parks, especially McKinley Park, which has a large rose garden and hosts food truck events, concerts, and movie nights. The area has a lively dining scene, with everything from casual burger joints to refined farm-to-fork restaurants, plus family-friendly craft breweries and artisan coffee shops. Quaint neighborhood boutiques sell gifts and antiques.
the best spot in Sac!
Paul and Kristina were fantastic hosts. This was my third travel contract, and their little place was PERFECT for our time in Sacramento. The house alone is beautiful, and we loved having the little back patio to enjoy coffee. It was walking distance to the hospital for me, coffee shops, McKinley park for running, and a hop/jump/skip to several breweries. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have extended!
Loved it
I stayed here for three months. The landlords were very, very helpful and attentive. You can count on them. It is a great location. You won't find a better one. Everything is extra close and walking distance. They for sure get 5 stars
Perfect place!
This is the best furnished housing I have ever stayed in during my time as a travel nurse! This 1950's duplex is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood near a park. As you can see from the pictures, the apartment is well-decorated. What you can't see is all the small thoughtful things that were left for me when I arrived, including snacks, flowers, bathroom essentials, and a kitchen stocked to cook or bake including spices and condiments. A quick run to Trader Joe's right across the street with the gift card they left and I was good to go. The trees behind the apartment were loaded with apricots this summer... so good!. This place is a rare find and I just hope that if I need a place to stay in Sacramento again, that this amazing landlord couple have a place open!
