Amazing landlords, unbeatable location, beautiful home

Caroline and Tristan have been amazing-they were so welcoming when we first arrived, were communicative about updates with the building, and were always helpful when we had questions. We never had major issues while living here, but if we did, I am confident they would handle it with care. Everything is well-maintained in the unit and is exactly like the photos. The furniture/decor make the property feel like a home, not just a short-term rental. Kitchen is stocked with appliances/dishes, AC works great, bathroom is clean, bedroom & living room are super comfortable, the rooftop area/pool is a bonus. Location: unbeatable. A short walk to get to Waikiki restaurants and beaches without being in the hotel chaos. Also an easy walk to Ala Moana. If you don't have a car: there are bus stops/routes nearby that can take you anywhere. If you have a car: the parking spot is reserved so you don't have to worry about finding parking. This unit is such a gem; I'm truly going to miss living here!

Stayed at this property for 4 months and it was an amazing stay as a travel nurse in Honolulu. It was walking distance to the beach and also many restaurants. Close drive to Kapiolani hospital. The landlord was nice and responsive. The place was also clean and as listed. 10/10 would recommend.
