Summer 2026 Stay
4321 is a very nice townhome-style place. The inside is very nice, with comfortable beds, nice furniture, and high-quality appliances. However, do your research before you rent. This place is not in the best location. The neighborhood is very run-down. The parking situation is also difficult if you have more than 2 cars, so keep that in mind. The landlord is very nice and easy to communicate with. However, be sure to check every location in the house before you leave. The landlord will be stingy with the security deposit and charge a hefty fine for a few leaves being left in the backyard. Also, keep in mind that utilities are included up to $200. That said, the Wifi alone is $85 a month, so be careful with power and water to stay within that $200 boundary. Other than that, this place met our needs for the summer. (3-month tenant - Term lease was May 23th - August 7th)
