This is a second story apartment with an interior stairwell mudroom at the bottom allows for coats, hats, gloves, etc. Up the stairs to an open living room with gas burning fireplace with a convertible couch. The one bedroom has a king size bed and full-size closet. The bathroom is a tile and glass shower with a heated tile floor.

Well lit, functional and quiet. This apartment is on the property that we live on, but a separate structure on the 10,000 square foot lot.
Off the street, tasteful modern design. Please no cats, smaller dogs are ok,(40lbs or less?)

Clean, modern, great location
I stayed at Kit and Molly's ADU for two months this spring between a home sale and purchase. It is a beautiful space! My dog Chachi and I loved the patio, the mountain views and the excellent sunlight. Quiet, peaceful, tons of storage, really modern finishes, cozy, comfortable, perfect central location walking distance to the Old Mill. Great spot! If I ever need a place again, I would stay there in heartbeat.
