Monterey Stay
My partner and I are traveling therapists, and this space was by far the best stay. Great open space, nice and clean neighborhood. Conveniently close to restaurants, supermarket, CVS, and highway. The owners are down to earth, friendly, and responsive. Would recommend! Would return!

Beautiful safe location accompanied by accommodating homeowner!
My wife and I stayed here for about 5 months, and found the location to be perfect. It is walking distance to a grocery store and a few restaurants, as well as a short drive to everything the city of seaside has to offer. Heather (the home owner) is very accommodating and even purchased TVs for both rooms upon request. She was flexibly with rent during the government shutdown, and other circumstances. The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is the perfect space to stay during your time in the area.
