Beautiful beach studio!
I stayed here for 4 months as a travel nurse and absolutely loved this cozy studio! I was able to walk to the beach almost every day, and the surrounding neighborhood was extremely family friendly and safe. I worked at UCLA Ronald Reagan with only a 20-30 min commute. Heidi was awesome to work with, very responsive with any questions I had. So sad to have to leave, I'd love to come back!

Perfect Stay
I just moved here from Boston and was pretty nervous about such a big move, but this apartment and location have been amazing. Its in a safe area and truly next to everything you could possibly need. From the very beginning, Heidi has been incredible she met me at move-in, showed me around, and even made sure I knew whats nearby. Shes made me feel so welcomed and taken care of, which has made the transition so much easier. Couldnt recommend it more!

Great Stay
I stayed here for 3 months and had an excellent experience.Its a nice, cozy studio with good amenities. Sharai/Heidi were very helpful and were quick to respond to any query.

Awesome stay near beach at Apartment 4A
Ive loved this quaint well-appointed abode, steps from Palisades Park overlook and the Santa Monica Pier, but also easy walking over to Montana Avenue for coffee and shopping. Things about the apartment I greatly appreciated: big shower, modern and clean, nice big kitchen sink and counter top and comfy bed. Lots of nice people live in the building too, so you get a sense of it being a home away from home. Would definitely choose this place again, should the need arise to be in Santa Monica.
