One of the best things about this place is the location. You're close to all the action, but when you come home, its tranquil and quiet. Astoria has so much charm, from the local cafes to the waterfront parks, and its all right nearby. One of my favorite things is the private terrace which is perfect for having brunch outside with a friend or just relaxing with a coffee. It really feels like your own...
This studio condo comfortably fits 2-3 people, making it a great option for couples or solo tenants who wants extra space, or even a small group visiting the city. What makes it unique is the blend of city convenience and quiet comfort. You're steps from great restaurants, parks, and city transit, but the apartment itself is peaceful and homey. The private terrace is a rare find in NYC, perfect for outdoor meals or lounging. Wit...
Great place to stay! Near lots of fun things...
Had to find a rush last minute place to stay when my current apartment had to get renovated due to a burst pipe. Tim was really responsive when first inquiring about the place. The place was great for the two months that we stayed there. Great location and the building amenities were great. In building laundry is always a plus! Close to Astoria Park and close to all the restaurants on 30th avenue. Astoria Blvd or 30th ave train station easily accessible. Would recommend if you need a cozy place to stay at.
Cozy Astoria Get Away
I was genuinely impressed by how spacious this studio feels. The open layout, paired with a large window and private balcony, fills the space with natural light and creates an airy, inviting atmosphere that’s rare for a studio. The building is friendly and well maintained, with quiet, respectful neighbors who make it feel like a calm retreat. One standout feature is the rooftop patio—its sweeping view of Manhattan makes it an ideal spot to start your morning with coffee or wind down with a good book. The location is hard to beat. You’re surrounded by great restaurants and multiple grocery options, and Astoria Park is just a short walk away for fresh air and waterfront views. Transit is a breeze too, with several bus lines nearby and the N & Q trains within walking distance. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a cozy, light filled home base.
Cozy stay near the park!
My husband and I were very happy staying here over the summer. We enjoyed being 10 minutes away from Astoria Park, which was perfect for daily walks with our dog. The unit gets a lot of sunshine and is smartly furnished: we fit a lot of clothes in the armoire and under the platform bed (the front closet was better for cleaning supplies, etc); our dog's crate fit comfortably; and I was able to sit at the table to work from home. Tim shared a helpful list of specific items in the apartment, so we knew what to bring to supplement (for example, extra cooking supplies). The amenities were excellent: we loved the balcony and enjoyed the roof and the good view; on-site parking and in-building laundry were great. Tim is very kind and compassionate, and a highly responsive landlord. We are very grateful for our stay and we would highly recommend this apartment!
Loved this apartment!
I loved this apartment when i stayed here. it's pretty spacious for a studio and the layout is nice. the building itself was so nice and the location is awesome. bus is right up the street and short walks to restaurant strips and subways. the area is sweet and calm, definitely a great, simmered city away from the main city. Tim was a good and sweet sublessor:) highly recommend staying here! ....and bidet in the bathroom was pretty cool too lol
