Safe, Convenient, and Comfortable Housing

I had a wonderful stay here! Carlos was an excellent landlordeasy to work with, very attentive, and always quick to respond. He went above and beyond with his hospitality, which made me feel right at home. The property felt secure and private despite the busy city, and it had everything I needed including a full kitchen, parking, and laundry. There was also a weekly cleaner which was much appreciated being a full time student on rotations. It was also the perfect location for my hospital rotations, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Houseowners!

Affordable for LA. Although the area is not the best, the house itself is very safe with locks and other safety measures. It is a warm latin american house and has a strong character in a good way. My toom was very clean, tidy, and cozy. The owners, Carlos and Rosy and John, were extremely kind. They provided every support they could, I can confidently say they were the most supportive and helpful houseowners I have ever met, they are good cooks, too! The rooms downstairs were more isolated and refurnished if you are interested, and also Asian style if you like no shoes policy unlike upstairs. The only downside is the noise on weekday mornings from the workplace next door. Very inconsiderate neighbors. But otherwise, it is not very noisy. It won't be a problem if you work weekdays or if you are naturally a morning person

Lovely place and warm people

I stayed here for a month and had a great experience! The house was clean, safe, and comfortable. Carlos and Rosie were very welcoming and made it feel like a home away from home. The location is convenient, with restaurants and markets close by.

Great house!

I have stayed at Carlos and Rosy's house for two months. The bedroom is really confortable, with all you need for a Long stay. Kitchen has everything (more tan the essentials) as Carlos an Rosy are awesome chefs. The other members of the property are very nice and clean, including their lovely pets! Also, the location is convinient, with access tu public transport in case you are not driving. Finding a place that feels like home in such a big city as LA is priceless! Thank you so much to this great family!
