Chevy Chase Studio Apartment

The space works!

5 stars. This was a great stay. I was looking for a place close to campus, while not being too close. Location is perfection. Quiet/safe neighborhood. All the while, bars, restaurants and grocery stores are only a 10 minute walk. Having an off street parking spot was a plus. The hosts were always gracious, friendly and more than fair. And yes I miss the spa shower!

A cozy gem

This studio has it all and more: it was comfortable in hot weather; the wifi is fast and reliable; and the neighborhood is charming and safe. I loved afternoon walks among the historic streets, and I was within walking distance to the heart of Chevy Chase - one of the chicest areas in downtown Lexington. While the studio is above the landlord's detached garage, I had privacy and peace. The studio included ample storage for my belongings (even a carful of plants - long story!), so its cozy and spacious at once. The steam shower offered a spa-like, restorative experience that I won't soon forget. The kitchenette isnt ideal for a long-term stay, but there are basics like a coffee pot, mini fridge, and microwave. The best part of my stay were the landlords. Melisa and AJ are some of the kindest hosts I've ever encountered, and I now consider them friends. And their fluffy golden Cooper was just as welcoming!

Perfect Place in Chevy Chase

This studio apartment was the perfect place to spend a month in Lex; amazing location in a safe & beautiful neighborhood, close to downtown/campus/hospital, and fully furnished. The hosts are accommodating and available for any needs that may arise. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!!
