My stay here was great! Roney was super easy to communicate with and was always available if there were any issues. The property is in a secure area and also close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Springfield!

I was impressed from the first point of contact with Roney. He responded very quickly to my inquiry and answered every question I had. The property is clean and updated. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to the hospitals. Everything you could need is within close proximity. Restaurants, shopping, grocery, you name it! He is on top of making this house your temporary home. I would 100%, hands down, recommend Roney and his rentals to anyone!!

Property is great and Roney is a great landlord. Any issue I have had he is on it! I would recommend him and his properties 100%. I am a travel nurse and have been traveling for over 2 years. Property has everything I need. Quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen stocked with every supply I could need. Close to everything. I would give 10 stars if I could!
