South City Tiny House is a newly renovated unit. It is small but very roomy. The main loft is 8'x12' but low ceiling clearance. You can sit on the bed, but you can't stand up. There is a futon sofa that folds out into a comfortable double bed. We offer a full-size fridge, small gas stove, stackable washer/dryer unit, regular size bathroom with shower only.
