My original dates were 8/30-11/27 but unfortunately bc of personal reasons I had to leave the city. I only stayed 1 night in August but my entire rent for September was kept with no compromise. Very unfortunate. Ms. Wendy was a nice person but just to make travelers aware there are certain rules not listed. -The place has to be cleaned weekly (mopped, vacuumed, etc.) or a monthly $50 cleaning fee will be added. Should not be an issue for most. -If you are tall then you will constantly hit your head on the ceiling as the place is built like a triangle. -If you have a guest overnight there will be a charge of $25 per night -no working tv

Highly Recommend

I had such a great stay in Wendy's new unit. It was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Wendy genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay and I would recommend her unit to anyone looking for a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to not only downtown Charelston, but to other locations and restaurants in the area. If you're a traveling medical professional or just someone who needs a reliable place to stay, I cant recommend this space enough. The experience was smooth, safe, and just what I needed as a traveling nurse.

Comfortable stay

I had a wonderful stay at Wendys unit. Wendy was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my time there. The location couldnt be better, with being close to downtown Charleston, restaurants, and grocery stores. The space itself was perfect, the downstairs had a full bathroom with a great shower and a convenient washer/dryer. The neighborhood was also a highlight, its quiet and safe, which made me feel right at home. This unit is especially great for traveling medical professionals, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Charleston. Im very grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great time as a tenant at Wendys newly decorated unit. Wendy is a really kind and welcoming host: she made sure I was comfortable throughout and offered to show me around the area, with shops within walking distance and fast access to downtown Charleston. The space itself is very cozyI enjoyed the comfortable bed and upholstered couch as well as the spacious bathroom with an excellent shower downstairs, plenty of also new kitchen utensils (as well as a useful exhaust vent to use during cooking) and a brand new hvac unit to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. The neighborhood was fantasticit is very safe and from the outdoor space in the garden I had views of picturesque sunrises and sunsets with unique South Carolinian birds, beautiful plants Wendy takes great care of, and I appreciated the complete silence from street traffic a lot. I highly recommend Wendys private unit and want to thank her again for her hospitality throughout my two-month stay!
