Being on the 3rd floor is like being in the clouds. You have lovely windows overlooking the side yard and garden. It's light filled and bright (hence the room darkening shades when needed!) and feels very private. Since its perched above the neighborhood it's quiet and peaceful.
Space
Retreat to our haven in the trees just up the road from the ocean and Preston Beach. Our 2 bedroom apartment is on the third floor of our family home in a beautiful neighborhood . Feel at home as you enter through a separate and private entrance. Enjoy the cozy living space and adjoining fully equipped kitchen, a light filled master bedroom with large closet and plenty of storage.
Neighborhood overview
We are walking/biking distance to the Ocean and conveniently close to Salem, Swampscott and 1A which is a direct route to Boston. There is also a T bus stop on our corner that goes to Wonderland.

The Best Hideaway!
I stayed here with one other person for 5 months and it was absolutely wonderful! The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed- it was super cozy/comfortable and truly felt like a second home during my stay. The surrounding area is beautiful with the beach so close and historic downtown. Very highly recommend staying here!!

I stayed here for the month of May and absolutely loved it. The hosts were very accommodating. You feel like you are on your own island in the treetop hideaway; it is very peaceful, clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean and relaxing place less than a mile walk from beautiful Preston beach!
