2 Bed / 1 Bath Ground Level Apt in Triplex

Pretty good

My ~3 month stay here was pretty good. The unit is in a great location, very close to the healthcare center area if you happen to be working there. Also very close to pretty much all restaurants and grocery stores. I appreciated the ability to walk up to ECU's campus as well with my dogs. We loved walking there this summer. The landlord is very communicative and easy to deal with as well. I'm only taking one star off because I felt like there wasn't a lot of storage space, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The kitchen doesn't have any good prep space. I love to cook and bake and found it really difficult to have enough space to prepare my meals. If you don't plan to cook a lot, it's sufficient. Since I was there for 3 months I brought my basic things I use every day and I just wished there had been more space for me to store them.

Safe and Cozy

I had a wonderful stay here with my dog. The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and has everything you could possibly need in a furnished space. The interior is adorable, and the patio is peaceful and relaxing. There's also a small park with a walking path just steps away. I would absolutely stay here again. Ellis and Jennifer are responsive, kind, and truly great landlords.

Spotless Home in a Peaceful Neighborhood

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The home was extremely clean and well-maintained, located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. One of the biggest perks was the convenient laundry service, which was such a help during our busy schedule. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
