Amazing Stay!

I had an amazing stay in San Diego thanks to my wonderful host, Kyung, and her beautiful place. From the very beginning, Kyung was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and fully furnished with everything I needed for my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Kyung went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and was always available if I had any questions. She was so kind to me and my pup! I couldnt have asked for a better host or place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for housing in San Diego. Thank you, Kyung, for such a great experience!

Perfect Stay in San Diego

I recently stayed at Kyung's apartment and it was absolutely perfect. Kyung is an amazing host who was straightforward, extremely accommodating, and insanely kind. This location is very safe and the apartment itself has multiple safety features. Everything that you need is already equipped in the apartment, cleaned, and ready for you to use. The apartment is also extremely close to Sharp medical center and many outpatient offices with an easy 10 minute walk if preferred. Additionally, I never drove more than 20 minutes to get to the best locations. I would highly recommend staying here and am hoping to come again soon. As a young student, first time traveler, and newcomer to the West Coast I could not be more grateful for Kyung and how easy she made the stressful change !

My stay here was amazing! Kyung was more than helpful and attentive from day one. Always very responsive to any questions or needs. This place have everything you need: full kitchen, laundry on site, off-street parking. The location is easily accessible. neighborhood is quiet and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I stayed here for 4 weeks and would advise looking elsewhere. While the unit has been recently renovated, the kitchen counter is a wood butcher block that has not been properly sealed, making it prone to staining. I documented an existing stain with photos the morning after I moved in, but the landlord still charged me for treatment of the counter. Tenants are also expected to wash the provided towels in the coin-operated laundry before moving out or pay an additional fee on top of the cleaning fee. Another consideration is the neighbors bright side yard light, which shines directly into the bedroom windows at night. Overall, my experience was that the landlord imposed extra charges without clear notice, and I would not recommend renting here.

Wonnderful Stay

Brand new construction with off street parking and a private yard. I loved my stay here. Kyung is an amazing landlord. She was consistently helpful and always kind. I highly recommend staying here!
