Would Stay Again!
A great find for my roommate and I during our travel nurse contract. Easy drive to Yale New Haven Hospital. The location is wonderful and convenient. Washer and dryer are downstairs and not shared with upstair tenants. The downstairs has some extra space for storage if needed. Landlord was nothing but accommodating. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for three months and the place was perfect! Great location close to downtown and walking distance to the train station. Landlord is great and was easy to get in touch with. Really enjoyed our stay here!

I stayed at this property February 2026. The listing is true and accurate. The bathroom is alittle small but it worked great. The kitchen had everything anyone would need. During the snow storm I never lost power. The heat worked great. The upstairs tenant were courteous. Landlord was very helpful and prompt when returning messages and deposit. Thank you for letting me stay at your property.
