Exceptional Stay!

We had an amazing experience staying at this loft in Oak Lawn since October! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and truly had everything we needed-- and more! It felt comfortable, safe, and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was the king-size bed-- something you don't often find in furnished rentals. It made such a difference in our comfort. This place truly felt like home for us while we were in between houses, and it became even more special as our baby experienced so many milestones here. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place during such an important time in our lives. What also made this stay exceptional was how responsive and attentive the host was. She was always quick to reply and happy to help with any questions we had. Overall, this was a five-star stay from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dallas!

A wonderful place to live and a wonderful host

I stayed at this apartment for one month while I was on away rotations in medical school visiting UT Southwestern. The location was perfect, close to fun things to do at night in a walkable area. Always felt safe. The apartment itself was very well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and filled with all of the things that I needed. Kailey is a wonderful host, very responsive and genuinely wants to make your experience the best that it can be. I would recommend anyone to stay in this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

Decent stay with some drawbacks

I stayed at this apartment for about 2.5 months over the summer. The unit was thoughtfully furnished and included all the basic utensils and appliances needed for day-to-day living, which made the stay convenient. The property has a gated parking lot, though unfortunately my car was broken into during my time there. There were a couple of water outages due to repairs, which was inconvenient but not prolonged. Communication with the landlord was generally good during the stay, but after moving out a large portion of my security deposit was withheld for rug stains. The rugs did not really need replacement for those minor stains, but I was told they were being replaced for the forfeited amount, and I am not sure if that actually happened. My follow-up messages about it went unanswered. Overall, it was an okay experience with some positives but also a few drawbacks to be aware of.
