Our bright and sunny family home opens to a grassy, gated backyard. We've got 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed (2024 mattresses), plus a 3rd bedroom/office with a sofa that converts to a double bed (2024 mattress). One full bathroom with tub/shower combo and an additional 3/4 bath with shower. Hardwood floors, washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen island, granite counters, central A/C & heat. Updated and clean!
Neighborhood overview
Westwood has all you need for a lovely LA summer, but it is also centrally located between Santa Monica, Culver City & Beverly Hills -- with quick access to the 405 and 10 freeways for getting north to the valley, south the south bay, and east to downtown LA.
