Lovely Home, Great Location

My family and I stayed in this home for over two months while our house was being repaired. There was more than enough space for our family of five. The home is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with fresh, new linens and a kitchen that has everything you need. The landlord is kind and very easy to work with.

My family stayed here for two months while our floors in our home were being repaired/replaced. Needless to say, it was sad leaving!! Perfectly furnished space, perfect location, and Chris was always available if we needed anything. 10/10 Highly recommend!!

My family of four and dog stayed for x1 month , Chris was great and resounded quick to any issues, cleaning service although compulsory was a very good standard , property had great equipment, bedding and towels etc, would stay again no problem

A Perfect Place to Call Home Even If Just for a While

This rental in Franklin, TN was truly a blessing for me and my three kids during a transitional time. The home is brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designedeverything worked perfectly and was clearly well cared for. The location is ideal, close to great shopping, dining, and nestled in a friendly, safe neighborhood. We immediately felt at home. What made it even more special were the memories we created here. From cozy evenings together to enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this space gave us comfort, joy, and a sense of stability when we needed it most. The owner was exceptionalresponsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. Any small suggestions or questions were addressed with kindness and speed, which made a huge difference. I cant recommend this rental enough. Its more than just a place to stayits a home that welcomes you with warmth and care. Were so grateful for our time here!
