DO NOT RENT!!
I stayed at this place for 3 months this year, landlady accused me and other tenants of breaking things we did not, did not give full security deposit back, and left an unsafe living condition in the house. Mold and roaches prevalent in the house, trash and junk from landlady everywhere with no sign she cared. She would cover up holes in the wall with paintings and blocks in one of the parking spaces with her car which she never moves. Do not rent from this place, you will not get your deposit back fully and will have an unsafe living environment! I don’t even know how she hasn’t run into legal trouble with this place.
