Precious peaceful Fairfax cottage

It has been my pleasure to live at this peaceful cottage for 4 months. The only reason I'm not staying longer is that I've bought a house. My experience here has been everything I had hoped. The cottage itself is comfy and clean with a great bed, large sitting area, nice kitchen, bath, and a private patio which also holds a new washer/dryer. It is detached from the main house and feels entirely private. There is plenty of natural light and blackout curtains all around. It is an efficiency layout, one big space and a bathroom, but it felt roomy to me. The location is perfect; a 7 minute drive into Fairfax and only 40 minutes to the ocean. It sits just off Bolinas Rd on a quiet side street with parking in front. The landlord (KB) and his partner are so friendly, always available if there was a problem, but insuring complete privacy. There is a neighborhood trail near the cottage from which you can access the Mt Tam watershed trails. This precious peaceful cottage is a wonderful find.
