This house was built in 1925 . We hit 100 years this year! A lots of changes and additions took place but it still has a farm house feel. There are lots of trees and cover from the neighboring houses. We have a nice back yard with a stream and fire pit. The space is lush and green in the summer. I love waking up and looking out the window to see trees. It gives the feel your far from the city , yet its close.

The room is on the second floor next to your bathroom. We do rent out a second space you will only need to share the bathroom in this is rented too.
The mattresses is new with cotton sheets .
Laundry is available on the second floor also close by.

It's a beautiful room. Looks exactly like the photo. The landlord's Christie and Ron are an absolute joy. They are fine if you just want your privacy or if you wanna chat over a meal. For a tired travel nurse who needed a place that was safe and cozy, it was the perfect place for me. Side note:If you are looking for a unit with an air conditioner, there is none, but for me, the best benefit was your own private bathroom! That was worth it all for me! - Nurse Tonya
