10/10 Clean and Bright Home for Extended Stay!

This home will forever be cherished in our memories! Great for 3 roommates, as each of us have our own room/bathroom - but also a wonderful place to invite over friends and have a cozy time. The place itself had many perks and to list a few: - Good location in Sunnyvale (~8 minute drive from Apple Park w/ no highways) - Always had enough street parking - Great AC/heating system - Nice TV and sound system - Functional and clean kitchen - Good water pressure/fast heating - Safe neighborhood Compared to some of our friends' places in the Bay, this went far above and beyond at a great price point and makes it feel like home rather than a dorm or quick stay. Farzad was very flexible in that he let us choose specific dates for rent payment, was attentive when we had any questions if something seemed off, and helped make check in and out very smooth and quick. My roommates and I were all doing long term internships, and we just needed an additional co-signer to get set up.
