Awesome 3 Months

I stayed here for 3 months. The location is very convenient! The unit is very clean, modern, and cozy. The shower is everything. Jodi was a very gracious host, super attentive and responsive. She made me feel welcomed on day 1. I was down there on my own figuring out my next chapter, and it was such a comfortable place to be. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the PERFECT place for me to stay during my month in Chattanooga! I visited as a 4th year med student doing an away rotation at Erlanger. The drive to the hospital was less than 10 minutes. The apartment is in a safe area, and I felt safe staying there alone, even when getting back late from my shift at the hospital. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty available, and I never had a hard time finding parking. The apartment itself has everything you would need. Jodi was an amazing host and super helpful. She always responded quickly when I had questions. She even delivered me a few super yummy home cooked meals. I have already recommended the place to my friend who will be visiting Chattanooga, and I would recommend the place to anyone!

Wonderful Stay!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our month stay here. From the start of booking until checkout the hosts were so warm, friendly, and easy to work with. The carriage house is brand new construction and is not attached to the home - so you get nothing but beautiful windows on all sides with views for days (including gorgeous sunsets). The apartment is huge and had every modern convenience you could ever need. Its bright, super clean, and decorated beautifully. The shower is enormous - double vanity - bed is perfect - ceiling fans - blackout curtains- huge TV - great fast WiFi - the list goes on and on. The location is the best. Walking distance to several of the top restaurants, breweries, music venues. You can walk to two farmers markets. The host attention to details mixed with their hospitality was top notch. This place is an oasis and a hard to find upscale rental with amazing hosts. Cannot wait to return!

I will for sure miss this awesome place

Jodi & Jamie were excellent hosts for the short month I stayed in their brand new guest apartment. In retrospect, I now wish I would have booked my entire three months in Chattanooga in their perfectly crafted home away from home. However, for some reason I booked two other stays ahead of time. I forgot I had to do that whole moving thing every month. Oops. Anyways, the suite has everything you could possibly need, and you can walk to all the great restaurants, pubs, music venues, and a multitude of coffee shops within minutes. The apartment is located in such a cool little suburb nestled in the city. Oh yeah, Jodi also provided a few surprise door dash deliveries on my doorstep of her delicious homemade food when she somehow knew I was famished after working all day. Well, I guess I have now put her on the spot to live up to her surprise chef prepared meals for future guests. Thanks for everything guys! Five of them stars!
