Gem of a gal!

Came here from Michigan, as a solo traveler for work, landed a great home away from home!! Coming to this area for the 1st time, i was very happy to see how close i am to everything. Such a Beautiful and safe neighborhood , it has so much walkability with being one block from the country club/golf course. So many things to do in this area in general!!! Maddy is my daughter's age and she makes me feel right at home!!! I feel very welcomed and comfortable here!! I love the dinner dates all of us roomates have at home and dining out. Maddy is such a delightful, intelligent, laid back, hardworking young lady. And her home is a reflection of all of those attributes. I will be sad to leave when my contract is up and I have to move on. My hope is that Maddy will have a room available when If and when i come back this way!!

Perfect living arrangment

I keep forgetting to write this review, but living here was amazing. Maddie is so incredibly friendly, and I felt at home here! The property is cute (and so are her dogs) and in a fantastic spot. There's a nature preserve within walking distance along with lots of trails if that's your sort of thing. Overall, my stay here was perfect, and I highly recommend living here.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Sweet Maddy's house. The location is ideal for nearby stores, and the home itself is spacious, pretty, and full of lovely plants. We had access to all essentials, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking, which we did often. The highlight was the warm, welcoming atmosphere, from Maddys two friendly dogs to her fun friends and family who sometimes stopped by. It was a pleasant experience for us. We highly recommend Sweet Maddy's place and would happily return. It is perfect for traveling professionals, couples, or anyone who values a friendly and vibrant living situation.

Perfect Property

I moved from out of state for a local professional position, not sure where to settle. This home offers the perfect combination of a desired safe and secure neighborhood, home safety features, privacy, and all the amenities needed. Maddie and other renters are professionals. There is enough space in the home to spread out or remain to yourself if you desire. The relaxing and quiet environment makes for a comfortable and non-stressful stay. Having never rented before and not knowing the area was extremely stressful. This home is in a great location and close to great amenities and entertainment. Everything is provided and in great supply. I have only needed to bring clothing, toiletries, and starter meal items. This has been the perfect home to start a new career without stress or conflict. Thank you Maddie for a great place to stay and an EXTREMELY comfortable bed! I would recommend this home to any of my colleagues without hesitation.

Great stay

This property has been absolutely wonderful. The house is clean and located closely to everything that you may need. Maddy went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. She is super responsive and her dogs are super sweet and friendly. I cannot recommend this property enough. If you are in the tri-cities and in need of reliable housing, this is the place!

My stay here was absolutely the best! The house is absolutely gorgeous and clean. Maddie made my stay very easy and comfortable. She is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

I enjoyed staying here with someone who also has nursing experience. Maddy made my stay very enjoyable and the home is comfy and spacious. Great community! It is very important to me that I'm able to decompress after a long shift and staying here was better than a hotel.

Madeline smith house

House was clean, organized and owner was absolutely lovely. The location is also a plus
